I have about 10 spots on random areas on my body that look almost exactly like this: http://www.vat19.com/blog/neck%20hickey.jpg. They look very similar to hickey’s but they most definitely aren’t. Most of the spots are on my legs, but I do have one on my chest, and a developing one on my hip. I noticed the first one about 3 weeks ago and thought nothing of it until more started appearing this past week. The biggest one is about the size of a thumbprint, but most are fairly small. They are not raised and don’t feel any different from my normal skin; and they do not itch, hurt, burn, etc. They are clearly under the skin and are in random places, but I’m really scared that this might be permanent.
Any ideas as to what it might be? I’m going to call my doctor on Monday, but I just want to see if anyone has any insight onto this very weird skin disorder.
